The Serafio Center is a modern center of Sports, Culture and Innovation of the Municipality of Athens.
It is a building of great architecture approach, available for multiple uses that is accessible to every citizen. The Serafio Center is available for sport activities, cultural activities, open workshops, technological initiatives, and social innovation activities. These actions are hosted in secured and modern facilities, having a common purpose: to offer new opportunities, training, and entertainment in order to ameliorate the lives of the citizens of Athens.
At the Serefio Center, the citizens may discover the innovative cultural activities organized by the Municipality of Athens, a new perception of the rural environment, the importance of innovation, the benefits of networking, creativity and the real worth of the civil society.

The General Secretariat for Media and Communication is a public service under the Ministry of Digital Policy, Telecommunications and Media.
Its mission is to provide public communication and information, emphasizing on the government and its bodies, to provide public consultancy services for information & communication, to monitor and make proposals, as well as to implement media legislation referring to media and the wider area of media & communication, shape policy in the field of audiovisual media in line with technological developments. Last but not least is responsible for the organization and management of government’s communications in national level and abroad.
